Panthers Defeat Oilers 4-1 in Game 2

The Florida Panthers are one step closer to their first Stanley Cup after defeating the Edmonton Oilers 4-1 in Game 2 of the Stanley Cup Final on Monday night. Evan Rodrigues led the way for the Panthers with two goals, while Sergei Bobrovsky made 18 saves to earn the win. The win gives the Panthers a 2-0 series lead heading into Game 3 on Wednesday night.

Rodrigues Breaks Tie in Third Period

The game was tied 1-1 heading into the third period, but Rodrigues broke the tie with a goal at 4:15. He added an empty-net goal late in the period to seal the victory. Aleksander Barkov and Carter Verhaeghe also scored for the Panthers.
